Joana es una actriz catalana formada en técnicas de actuación teatral en Arsènic Espai de Creació y con formación complementaria en interpretación ante la cámara con Miquel Sitjar. Ha participado en montajes como I ens vam cagar en tot, Allò blanc de la llimona y El coronel ocell, además de diversas producciones teatrales como Marango’s y Èdip Rei. Su experiencia también incluye figuración en televisión, cortometrajes amateur, performances en el festival Manifesta y actuaciones de teatro de calle, demostrando una sólida base escénica y versatilidad interpretativa.
